We regularly advise and appear before any Court / Tribunal on behalf of Government Departments on matters relating to Land Acquisition Act, 1894, Karnataka State Highways Act and the Right to Fair Compensation, Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. We have advised on the Forest Act,1927, the Tree Act and related Rules relating to tree cutting in relation to acquisition of land for road construction. We also appear extensively in various Courts and Tribunals on behalf of organizations wherein the compensation payable for acquisition of land is either sought to be enhanced or lowered. In relation to land acquisition, we advise private companies and individuals with regard to opposing the acquisition, claiming additional compensation, and also appear on their behalf before Courts and Tribunals. We also appear and advise companies and individuals in relation to industrial land acquisitions and all kinds of land acquisition for statutory bodies.
