Ajay J Nandalike is a graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru (2007). He is experienced in handling a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes, construction arbitrations / suits, white collar crimes, shareholder litigation among other types of matters. He regularly appears in the High Court and other forums as arguing counsel. He has published and presented papers on construction arbitration in the conferences held by Indian Institute of Technical Arbitrators in Chennai, Kolkata and New Delhi. He has also been a guest lecturer at Christ College, Bengaluru on Company Law. He has also given online lectures on Shareholder litigation, Oppression & Mismanagement, Fraud & Arbitration, Commercial Courts Act, Law of Tenders to the Advocate Association Bangalore, Beyond Law CLC, LETILS Kerala etc. He has also prepared Claims Assessment Reports in relation to a potential construction dispute and advised on the way forward for various entities. He is also the principal legal advisor for State entities in relation to construction disputes, government procurement (tender) matters, electricity laws and commercial disputes.

Manu K is a graduate of the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur (2010). He is experienced in handling a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes, construction arbitrations / suits, white collar crimes, among other types of matters. He specializes in real estate matters including conducting title searches and drafting of conveyances and manages the real estate practice of the firm. He is the principal legal advisor for several State entities in relation to disputes with road contractors, toll related matters, government procurement (tender), land acquisition issues and appears in construction arbitrations in those matters.

Tanya John is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune (2009) and a Master of Laws specializing in Matrimonial laws from the University of Toronto, Canada (2010). Tanya manages the matrimonial practice of the firm handling contested divorces, child custody matters, mutual consent divorces, domestic violence and maintenance matters. She has experience in handling general commercial litigations, industrial disputes, arbitrations, shareholder litigations, insolvency matters amongst other types of matters. She co-manages the labour law practice of the firm with Ajay and also co-manages the company and insolvency matters in the firm with Ajay.

Yashodhar Hegde is a graduate of University Law College, Bengaluru (2014). He has experience handling a wide variety of commercial and civil matters. He has particular expertise in construction law and criminal law. He manages the criminal law practice of the firm. He also handles real estate matters of the firm in relation to title reports, land acquisition matters, RERA related disputes etc. Apart from working on matters relating to construction arbitration, he has handled several high value arbitration matters as against Government entities. he also regularly advises Companies and MNCs on employment related issues and commercial transactions. He is also appearing for some of the Accused in a matter relating to coal scam in New Delhi and also appearing in a CBI case filed against a cement major in respect of a railway scam relating to weighbridges. He also handles other types of white-collar crimes such as dishonour of cheque, cheating, misappropriation, employee fraud, offences under the Information Technology Act, Legal Metrology Act and other such enactments. He has appeared for Banks and other financial institutions as well as for borrowers and guarantors before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and Civil Court.

Ashvini Patil graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune (2011). She has experience in handling a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes and construction arbitrations among other matters. She represents government entities in matters related to service law, government procurement (tender) and in contractual disputes. She has advised on the formation and running of Apartment Owners’ Associations. She handles all kinds of matters in relation to real estate and conveyancing including disputes and title reports. She also handles matters of Probate of Wills and Succession. She handles matrimonial matters pertaining to mutual and contested divorces.
