We appear in writ petitions before the High Court of Karnataka in relation to any challenge raised by any bidder in respect of the tender process or in relation to forfeiture of Earnest Money Deposit or Blacklisting. We regularly advise clients on issues pertaining to debarment and blacklisting under the procurement act and we have successfully defended clients where action of debarment and backlisting was passed against them.
We are on the panel of several Government entities since 2012 and we extensively advise on all their tender matters.
