Land Acquisition

We regularly advise and appear before any Court / Tribunal on behalf of Government Departments on matters relating to Land Acquisition Act, 1894, Karnataka State Highways Act and the Right to Fair Compensation, Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
