Consumer Protection Laws in India have undergone drastic changes in the last five years with the advent of new Consumer Protection Laws, E-commerce regulations and the Digital India Initiative. In relation to land acquisition, we advise private companies and individuals with regard to opposing the acquisition, claiming additional compensation, and also appear on their behalf before Courts and Tribunals. We also appear and advise companies and individuals in relation to industrial land acquisitions and all kinds of land acquisition for statutory bodies.
